Fox City Flix is committed to making foxcityflix.com accessible to the widest possible audience, regardless of ability or technology, including people who rely on screen readers, screen magnifiers, and keyboard-only navigation.
Conformance status
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. This website is currently partially conformant, meaning some content may not yet fully meet the standard. We are continuing to test and improve.
What we have done
- Re-enabled pinch-to-zoom on mobile devices.
- Improved color contrast for text, buttons, and links.
- Added a main content landmark and accessible names for menu and image links.
- Made in-text links clearly distinguishable.
- Removed a third-party accessibility plug-in widget in favor of building accessibility into the website itself.
Known limitations
Some limitations may remain while we complete manual testing with keyboard-only navigation and screen readers. If you encounter a barrier that is not listed here, please let us know.
